What checkout confirms
The checkout page shows the currency, total, and payment options available for that transaction. Card symbols in the footer identify the requested display set; they do not claim seven separate live payment tests.
Approval, holds, and declines
Orders move to processing only after authorization succeeds. Issuers and payment services may reject a payment, request verification, or show a temporary authorization hold. Correct billing details are important.
Handling sensitive details
Payment credentials are processed through Shopify checkout and its providers. We will not request a complete card number, security code, password, or verification token by email.
Credits back to the account
For an approved refund, we process or initiate return to the original method within 10 days. Bank posting happens on the institution's schedule.
