Before a parcel leaves
We begin fulfilment after payment authorization and generally complete order handling in 1–2 business days. Carrier transit does not form part of this processing estimate.
After dispatch
Delivery in transit is expected to take 4–6 business days. Checkout presents the available shipping service, price, and currency. These windows are estimates and may move because of severe weather, holidays, carrier events, or incomplete address information.
Updates and address accuracy
Customers should confirm apartment, postal code, and other destination details before ordering. We issue tracking details when supplied by the carrier.
When a shipment needs investigation
